A Bridgewater house concert
Our house concert in Bridgewater, Virginia, began with a last-minute scramble to set up additional chairs as folks kept arriving and settling into our host’s art-studded dining room. The audience snugly in place and all through that cool spring evening, darkness crept around us outside but could not encroach on the power of music to create connections in that special setting.
We played for an hour, paused for animated conversation and abundant hors d’oeuvres, and then reassembled for the second half of our show. We are so thankful to our long-time fan and five-time host Karen, and to all who gave us the gift of their time, attention, and interaction. We look forward to crossing paths again soon!
