Late September Sky
September is one of our favorite months, when hot days and blue skies give way to cool nights with just a hint of autumn in the air.
We’ve been living hard “here in the middle,” supporting family across generations facing significant physical and mental health challenges, seeing our oldest off to college, and facilitating our younger kids’ varied interests. Sometimes this life feels like lots of little pieces strung together by the merest thread, all fluttering precariously in the wind.
These challenges and transitions coincided with a natural lull in Clymer & Kurtz shows, but through it all we’ve continued working on new songs and arrangements, finessing our gear, and laying the groundwork for a foray into New England next spring – stay tuned for more details!
